Shipping and Delivery Policy

akash1e is software used in your web browser. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses are involved.

• The Free plan is available as soon as you create your account.
• Pro switches on in your workspace as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds and at most within a few minutes.
• If auto-pay is set up to start after a free period such as Launch Pro, Pro carries on without a break when the first payment is taken.
• PDF reports you create are downloaded straight from the app; nothing is posted.

If you have paid and Pro is not on within an hour, email support@akash1e.in from your account’s email address with the payment reference. We will switch it on or refund the payment as our Refund Policy describes.
