Privacy Policy

akash1e is operated by Neutral Item Tech Solutions, India (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why the information in your account is processed. For any privacy question or request, email support@akash1e.in.

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in identifier from our sign-in provider, and your language and calculation settings.
• Client records you enter: your clients’ names, gender, birth date, time and place, coordinates, timezone, email, phone number and notes, and the consultation history you keep for them (dates, notes, remedies and follow-ups).
• Practice details: the practice name, contact details and logo you add for your dossiers.
• Billing: if you subscribe to Pro, your plan, billing period, subscription status and the customer and subscription references Razorpay gives us. Razorpay collects your payment details directly; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Preferences: language, chart style, planet notation and the place you choose for the Panchang, stored in cookies; light or dark theme, stored in your browser.
• Usage: page views and a few product events (sign-up, client created, PDF exported with the chart type, checkout started, completed or cancelled) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Events never include names, emails or birth details. Server error logs record the page and error, but not request headers or search terms.
• Place search: the text you type into a place search (a birth place or the Panchang place), together with your interface language, is sent to LocationIQ to find matching places. Timezones are worked out on our own servers.

You decide what to record about your clients. You are responsible for telling them and having their consent or another lawful basis to do so. We process client records only to provide akash1e to you, on your instructions. We never contact your clients, sell their information or use it for advertising.

• To provide the service: calculate charts, timing and analysis, and create PDF reports.
• To sign you in securely and keep your account and records separate from others.
• To remember your preferences.
• To manage your plan and payments.
• To understand how akash1e is used and to find and fix errors.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

We share information only with the providers that run akash1e for us:

• WorkOS (sign-in), United States.
• Turso (database), with your data stored in Mumbai, India.
• Vercel (hosting, analytics and logs), United States and its global network.
• LocationIQ, operated by Unwired Labs (place search, using OpenStreetMap data), United States.
• Razorpay (payments), India. Razorpay keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments, which may involve transfer outside India where the law allows it.

We use a secure session cookie, which is required to keep you signed in, and preference cookies for language, chart style, notation and your Panchang place that last up to one year. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can download every client and consultation, as JSON or CSV, from Settings → Data and privacy, and can delete your account from the same page. Deleting it removes your clients, consultations, practice details, usage records and sign-in account, and cancels any Pro subscription first.

We keep your information while your account is active, and client records until you delete them. Deletion is immediate in our live database; copies may remain in our providers’ backups and logs for a limited period until they are overwritten.

Data is encrypted in transit, and every request is checked against the signed-in account and its role, so one practice cannot read another’s records. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect misuse of your account, email support@akash1e.in straight away.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, completed or erased, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, email support@akash1e.in. If your clients ask about their data, you handle the request, and we will help you with it.

Send any complaint about how we handle personal data to the Grievance Officer, akash1e, at support@akash1e.in. We will acknowledge it and respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

akash1e is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will post any change on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and tell you by email or in the app before a significant change takes effect.
