Terms of Service

By creating an account or using akash1e you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use akash1e for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

akash1e is software for practising astrologers to keep client birth details, calculate Vedic charts and timing (sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsa) and create PDF reports.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.

You own the client records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide akash1e to you. You confirm you have your clients’ consent or another lawful basis to record their details, and that you will not enter information you have no right to share.

• Do not use akash1e for anything unlawful.
• Do not try to access other accounts or get around security or plan limits.
• Do not overload the service, including through automated use of place search, or scrape, copy or resell access to it.

Charts and analysis are calculated from the birth details you enter, and their accuracy depends on those details. They are tools for your consultations, not predictions or guarantees, and not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You are responsible for the readings and guidance you give your clients.

The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro costs ₹999 a month or ₹7,999 a year, and is billed in advance through Razorpay. The price listed is the full amount you pay: no tax is added at checkout. Pro renews automatically until you cancel it from Plan & billing. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy. The price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break; a later price change applies only to new subscriptions.

If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you in the app and Razorpay will retry it. If Pro ends, your account returns to the Free plan with its limits. Nothing you entered is deleted, but you may not be able to add more until you are back within the limits or subscribe again. The calendar and sessions, with their notes, predictions and remedies, are part of Pro: they are kept, but you cannot open them on the Free plan until you subscribe again.

Pro is paid by auto-pay: when you subscribe, you authorise Razorpay to charge your card or UPI account at the start of each monthly or yearly period (a mandate). Your bank or UPI app tells you before each charge. You can stop auto-pay at any time by cancelling Pro from Plan & billing, and also from your bank or UPI app; Pro then ends with the period you have paid for.

When auto-pay is set up to start on a later date, Razorpay checks your card or UPI with a ₹5 payment that it refunds straight away. Nothing else is charged before that date.

Launch Pro is an invitation-only offer. If we invite you, Pro is free for 3 calendar months (Indian Standard Time) from the day you first sign in with the invited email address, or from our launch date if that is later. The invitation must be used within the period stated in it, cannot be transferred, and applies to your own workspace.

• No card or payment is needed to start Launch Pro.
• You may set up auto-pay at any time during Launch Pro. Your first payment is then taken when Launch Pro ends, never earlier, and you keep the price shown when you set it up for as long as that subscription continues without a break.
• You can cancel auto-pay at any time before Launch Pro ends without paying anything; Pro stays on until Launch Pro ends.
• If auto-pay is not set up when Launch Pro ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing you entered is deleted, but the calendar and sessions are part of Pro, so you cannot open them until you subscribe again. You can subscribe later at the price current then.

We may withdraw a Launch Pro grant that was obtained by mistake or misuse; we will stop any auto-pay set up for it so that you are not charged.

We improve akash1e continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available and reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service, and may pause it for maintenance.

You can stop using akash1e at any time. You can download your data and delete your account from Settings → Data and privacy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

akash1e is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
